Our Mission

The mission of Harbor Village is to provide a safe and loving environment for young adults with disabilities in Collin County, TX, who need full care (ie:  need assistance with most/all daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, mobility, and communication).  We are committed to helping each individual live an abundant life, providing peace of mind for their families, and developing a community full of meaningful relationships.
